Age Limit Of Directorate of Health Services Recruitment 2018
For Grade – III – Candidate should not be less than 21 years and not above 44 years as on 01-01-2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST (P), and ST (H) Candidates only.
For Grade – III- Candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 44 years on 01.01.2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST(P) and ST(H), 3 years for OBC and 10 years for differently abled candidates.
For Grade – IV – Candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 44 years on 01.01.2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST(P) and ST(H), 3 years for OBC and 10 years for differently abled candidates.
Selection Process –
The selection process will be consist of OMR based written test. Schedule and other details of written test shall be uploaded in official website of DHSFW in due time.
How to Apply On Directorate of Health Services Recruitment 2018
Candidates who are eligible as per above-mentioned eligibility criteria and want to apply for this recruitment are now able to submit their application through the official online application portal.
The following documents in original shall have to be produced at the time of document verification. Scanned copies of the following should be uploaded in the online portal:-
- Recent passport size color photograph.
- Signature. The following documents must be scanned and self-attested and then uploaded
- Proof of age: Birth Certificate or certificate from Head Master from a School in Assam.
- HSLC certificate/Class VIII pass certificate from Head Master of school in Assam.
- Caste Certificate (where applicable) from the competent authority
- Permanent Residential Certificate of Assam or Domicile Certificate from the competent authority.
- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
