Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has released the official admission notification for admission into GNM courses under the Directorate of Health Service, Govt. of Assam in both Govt. and private GNM Training institutes for the session 2024 – 2025. For this purpose, an entrance examination – GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE), 2024 will be conducted. Interested and eligible female candidates may submit their online applications here for these GNM courses.

Name of exam: SSUHS GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE), 2024 Name of university: Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health SciencesName of state: AssamAcademic session: 2024 – 2025Date of entrance exam: 14th July 2024 (Sunday) Application fee: Rs 1500/-Centers of exam: Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Jorhat, Barpeta, Tezpur, Diphu, Lakhimpur and Kokrajhar.

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 17 years to 35 years as on 31st December 2024. Age Relaxation: There is no age bar for ANM/ LHV.Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess anyone of the following educational qualification to be eligible for getting admitted to GNM course.

# 10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks.

# 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Health care Science — Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board with 40% marks.

# 10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board from the school and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% marks.

ANM Registration: Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council.

Physical Fitness: Students must be medically fit.

About GNMEE Exam 2024

Total marks: 100 Marks (1 mark for each correct answer). Negative marking: There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
